After a hard-fought day at Regionals hosted by Warren Woods Tower High School, five Melvindale wrestlers have officially punched their ticket to the biggest stage in Michigan high school wrestling. Gasser Musaid – 2x State Qualifier Hamed Alsaadi – 3x State Qualifier Abdullah Salem – 1st Time State Qualifier Madram Ali – 1st Time State Qualifier Ahmari Demps – 1st Time State Qualifier Through a grueling regional bracket filled with tough competition, these young men rose to the occasion and earned the right to continue their season. In two weeks, they will represent Melvindale at the MHSAA Individual Wrestling Finals at Ford Field. Go Cardinals!!
